Aufgaben
- Own integrations, public API, and webhooks end-to-end
- Develop strategies, specifications, and build processes
- Launch and measure integration features
- Build tools for AI agents to close loops
- Integrate AI agents with CRM, appointments, and custom workflows
- Maintain close relationships with customers and partners
- Engage in direct calls, CS, sales, and BD discussions
- Analyze data to inform decisions
- Collaborate with 4-6 engineers
- Set and track key metrics
- Ensure high-quality testing and final approval before release
- Drive integration setup simplicity for customers
- Treat public API and webhooks as a product
- Create comprehensive developer experience, documentation, and roadmaps
- Own product launches and subsequent awareness
- Drive positioning and in-product moments
- Lead keynotes for major launches
- Work across squads with AI and Core PMs
