- Own inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end
- Conduct discovery, spec, build, launch, and measure
- Engage with customers weekly through calls, CS, and data analysis
- Collaborate with 4-6 engineers and 1 designer
- Set and track key metrics
- Ensure features are user-friendly and easy to set up
- Maintain product quality and provide final approval before release
- Drive product launches and subsequent awareness
- Handle positioning, in-product moments, and keynotes
- Coordinate with AI and Integrations PMs on overlapping surfaces
