- Collaborate on long and short-term sell rates
- Participate in product enhancements and pricing discussions
- Develop sales strategies for Air and Ocean volume
- Create viable supply chain solutions using customer data
- Negotiate pricing and sell strategic solutions
- Recommend strategies for sustained market share growth
- Execute strategies with local and overseas counterparts
- Visit regional offices to join local sales calls
- Provide market-specific training to regional staff
