- Sell tailored Air and LCL solutions using relevant value propositions
- Prepare spot quotes and support large RFQ opportunities
- Collaborate with local product teams on pricing and growth
- Onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion
- Cross-sell and upsell customs and haulage services
- Drive new business on strategic trade lanes
- Coordinate smooth transitions from sales to operations
- Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams seamlessly
- Provide market insights to support product development
- Maintain high customer satisfaction from contact through implementation
