- Analyze contracts during their entire life cycle
- Support claim processes and pre-litigation proceedings
- Manage contract terminations and assignments
- Ensure compliance with laws and business requirements
- Identify and review key contractual risks
- Develop ways of working and contract templates
- Define new business models and commodity strategies
- Enhance existing training and awareness programs
- Coach and upskill procurement team members
