- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years procurement experience in multinational organization
- Expertise on Intermodal sector
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and tender organization
- International experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with successful contract management track record
- Excellent analytical abilities and data analysis tools proficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben
- Manage annual tenders
- Identify potential suppliers in collaboration with local teams
- Collect business needs from local commercial teams
- Define new services to procure
- Coordinate the tender process
- Write requests for quotation
- Evaluate bids
- Select suppliers based on quality, cost, and compliance
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
- Formalize agreements via Transport Contracts
- Analyze market trends for spot renegotiations
- Engage in spot negotiations with suppliers
- Establish criteria for qualifying subcontractors
- Assess subcontractors for quality, reliability, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
