- Degree in data science, IT, business admin, or related
- 3+ years experience in business process analysis or data science/engineering
- Proven track record implementing data or Process Mining tools
- Good knowledge of relational databases or programming (SQL)
- Know-how in automation workflows (UiPath) and AI (LLMs, Co-Pilot Studio) is beneficial
- Experience in shared services or finance operations is beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset, translating complex data to insights
- Solid understanding of transactional Finance processes/workflows
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Support Process Intelligence technology rollout across E2E Finance processes
- Analyze process inefficiencies with cross-functional teams
- Derive data-driven process improvements
- Advise SSC clients on E2E process optimization
- Set up and operate Process Intelligence solutions
- Integrate and model data for Process Intelligence
- Create customized Process Intelligence dashboards with KPIs
- Develop AI-based solutions using Process Intelligence context
- Manage line or people leadership responsibilities
- Own business aspects of Process Intelligence platform or processes
