Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- Initial professional experience in comparable role preferred

Aufgaben
- Represent process integration for CMOS or TSV wafer-level processes
- Supervise and monitor process technology manufacturing with engineering, R&D, and QA
- Maintain process deliveries, including FMEA and PCP
- Lead cross-functional discussions
- Optimize processes and solve problems with Test, Product Engineering, Design, and QA
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to lower costs and increase robustness
- Transfer new technologies and process modules from R&D to production
- Represent PI during customer audits
- Report requested data to key customers
- Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve product yield
