- Maintain process deliverables like FMEA, PCP, and Defect Strategy
- Lead cross-functional discussions on process improvements
- Optimize processes and solve problems with Test, Product Engineering, Design, Support, and QA
- Evaluate and implement process simplifications to reduce costs and increase yield
- Improve product robustness through process enhancements
- Transfer new technologies and process modules from R&D to production
- Take PI responsibility during customer audits
- Report requested data to key customers
- Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products
