- Provide technical expertise for Bodymaker equipment
- Provide technical expertise for Trimmer equipment
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Front End equipment
- Act as point of contact for technical questions
- Support projects with technical expertise
- Support overhauls with technical expertise
- Generate detailed reports from site visits
- Send site visit reports to managers
- Manage maintenance requirements for Bodymaker and Trimmer equipment
- Manage audits for Bodymaker and Trimmer equipment
- Manage setup for Bodymaker and Trimmer equipment
- Manage problem-solving for Bodymaker and Trimmer equipment
- Provide training at all levels to plant employees
- Provide training at all levels to central employees
- Assist plants in raising requests for capital investment
- Liaise with equipment suppliers
- Liaise with OEMs
- Make workable SOPs available
- Promote available skills to all plants
- Follow up on recommended actions
- Maintain good working relationships with plants
