Aufgaben
- Achieve efficiency and spoilage targets for new builds, lines, and conversions
- Lead quality performance during start-up, ensuring compliant and consistent product
- Monitor processes, materials, and outputs for quality and food safety
- Oversee inspections and audits, ensuring standards are met
- Maintain and calibrate inspection devices and measurement equipment
- Track quality trends and performance indicators, initiating corrective actions
- Support Plant Quality Manager with ISO, HACCP, and regulatory systems
- Implement and maintain SOPs and SPC for process consistency
- Train production and quality staff in process understanding and food safety
- Ensure trained backups for critical quality and food safety roles
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to prevent defects
- Collect, analyze, and report quality and food safety data
- Resolve customer complaints, contributing to root cause analysis
- Support new product introductions, ensuring quality and safety requirements
- Deliver training on process fundamentals and performance expectations
- Provide emergency breakdown support to restore operations
- Support size conversions, ensuring safe and efficient changeovers
- Identify and share best practices for future builds and operational excellence
- Implement BOE standards for safety, quality, and business management
