Anforderungen
- Outstanding results in previous quality role
- College Degree/Diploma in Related Area or Broad training in related field
- Minimum Train The Trainer qualification
- Basic Problem Solving techniques and Lean basics
- Work in Cross Cultural Teams
- ISO, Food Safety and audit experience preferred
- Green Belt Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of full Can making process
- Subject expert in at least one specific Can making area
- Ability to transfer Can making process knowledge
- Strong capability in equipment setup, troubleshooting, optimisation, and supporting line performance
- Competent computer skills for data analysis and report writing
- English communication skills (minimum communicative level)
- Experience with line launches or rebuild projects preferred

- Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members

Aufgaben
- Achieve efficiency and spoilage targets for new builds, lines, and conversions
- Lead quality performance during start-up, ensuring compliant and consistent product
- Monitor processes, materials, and outputs for quality and food safety
- Oversee inspections and audits, ensuring standards are met
- Maintain and calibrate inspection devices and measurement equipment
- Track quality trends and performance indicators, initiating corrective actions
- Support Plant Quality Manager with ISO, HACCP, and regulatory systems
- Implement and maintain SOPs and SPC for process consistency
- Train production and quality staff in process understanding and food safety
- Ensure trained backups for critical quality and food safety roles
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to prevent defects
- Collect, analyze, and report quality and food safety data
- Resolve customer complaints, contributing to root cause analysis
- Support new product introductions, ensuring quality and safety requirements
- Deliver training on process fundamentals and performance expectations
- Provide emergency breakdown support to restore operations
- Support size conversions, ensuring safe and efficient changeovers
- Identify and share best practices for future builds and operational excellence
- Implement BOE standards for safety, quality, and business management
