- Familiarity with software integration and implementation techniques within a complex global environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with global teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with the Line Function to optimize supply and production planning processes
- Define and manage master data for production and materials requirements planning systems
- Document process flows and create guidelines for standardized operations
- Lead software implementation projects for supply and production planning solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems
- Work with global production sites to implement standardized processes
- Contribute to the design and rollout of new production planning strategies in the ELEVATE program
- Provide training and subject matter expertise to end-users and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor project progress and address challenges to optimize processes
- Facilitate change management initiatives for new systems and processes
