- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario modeling
- Experience with S&OP / IBP processes and SAP IBP
- Proven ability to set up processes, tools, and structures
- Analytical mindset with proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead the regional S&OP cycle
- Drive S&OP implementation across countries and regions
- Coach Market Units to enhance Demand Review maturity
- Ensure high forecast accuracy and demand visibility
- Monitor weekly forecast changes and align with General Management
- Act as the link between Market Units, Regions, and Business Units in the S&OP process
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy and statistical forecast usage
- Support allocation processes for constrained products
- Maintain constraint demand data in IBP
- Ensure supply continuity and alignment across the region
- Monitor master data settings during product launches
- Analyze inventory health and initiate mitigation actions
- Manage lifecycle transitions including launches and discontinuations
- Provide forward-looking demand visibility for inventory strategy
- Promote process optimization, standardization, and automation
- Collaborate with the Global SCM Center of Excellence
- Contribute to system improvements and reporting solutions
- Share best practices across countries and regions
