Aufgaben
- Plan and deliver regional educational programs
- Focus training on AFFERA and PulseSelect products
- Lead hands-on AFFERA simulator training sessions
- Supervise maintenance of regional training centers
- Develop training materials for specialists and nurses
- Establish standardized internal and external training processes
- Review and approve regional promotional and educational materials
- Assess training needs based on field feedback
- Align educational programs with sales and marketing objectives
- Provide subject matter expertise to junior colleagues
- Ensure all training is performance and competency based
