- Minimum 6 years experience in medical device industry (clinical research, clinical specialist, field clinical engineer, or sales representative roles)
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in Cath lab, biomedical engineering, hospital/clinic or medical sales
- Experience in Clinical studies and/or trial site management/protocols (GCP)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical partners/customers, physicians, and/or medical sales colleagues
- Full Measles immunization
- Occasional travel to European countries for technical support
Aufgaben
- Provide technical assistance during complex clinical trials.
- Bridge engineering and medical communities.
- Manage pre-market clinical research studies.
- Manage post-market clinical research studies.
- Identify clinical study investigators.
- Nominate clinical research sites.
- Conduct protocol and study training.
- Ensure clinical protocol compliance.
- Encourage study participant enrollment.
- Assure clinical data quality.
- Observe initial implants and clinical procedures.
- Analyze product interactions with the body.
- Facilitate data collection and patient testing.
- Evaluate new product concepts.
- Modify existing medical devices.
- Provide clinical feedback to enhance product performance.
- Develop and maintain clinical site relationships.
- Understand physician interests and capabilities.
- Drive clinical research activity.
- Serve as a local technical and clinical resource.
- Educate and train internal clinical research talent on technology.
- Mentor internal clinical research talent.
- Educate and train customers on technology.
- Educate and train clinical staff on technology.
- Educate and train sales partners on technology.
- Lead major programs.
- Assume project leadership roles.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Act as primary organizational contact in your territory.
- Manage clinical study enrollments and follow-ups.
