Anforderungen
- 8 years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
- Knowledge of Swiss healthcare, procurement, reimbursement, and regional network
- Strong negotiation, communication, and account planning skills
- Matrix leadership and cross-functional mindset
- Track record in multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
- Proficiency in German and English; French and Italian advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and extensive travel willingness
Aufgaben
- Lead the development and execution of Key Account plans
- Collaborate closely with Asset Teams and FieldForce members
- Analyze account data to derive meaningful strategic actions
- Prepare business cases to secure timely formulary inclusion
- Maximize the uptake of the company's medicines
- Co-create initiatives with accounts to optimize care pathways
- Support evidence generation to improve patient outcomes
- Build trustful relationships with hospital and procurement stakeholders
- Ensure patients and HCPs have access to treatment options
