- Strong knowledge of occupational safety and fire protection legislation
- Experience with ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience conducting occupational safety and fire protection audits
- Very good German language skills
- Good English skills (minimum B2)

Aufgaben
- Support management and employees in occupational safety, health protection, and fire safety
- Contribute to the development of a sustainable safety culture
- Ensure compliance with national occupational health, safety, and fire protection regulations
- Introduce and maintain the HSE management system, including ISO 45001
- Implement the annual HSE action plan
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits
- Support inspections by authorities
- Document and follow up on audit actions
- Analyze occupational accidents and near-miss incidents
- Report relevant KPIs, such as TRIR
- Derive preventive measures from incident analysis
- Advise managers and employees on safety matters
- Conduct safety trainings
- Coordinate occupational safety for external companies
