Aufgaben
- Take ownership of the Pizza and Salumeria station
- Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation
- Prepare fresh pizza dough daily
- Manage the mixing and fermentation process for Neapolitan pizza
- Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients daily
- Monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas with precision
- Ensure every pizza is perfectly crisp and finished
- Lead and coordinate the station team during service
- Share pizza-making expertise with junior team members
