Performance Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Driving demand generation, ABM, and lead generation for cash flow management software in mid-market B2B. 3-5 years B2B SaaS performance marketing experience and native French or German language skills required. International, fast-paced work environment.
Anforderungen
- 3-5 years performance marketing and/or customer acquisition in high-growth B2B (ideally SaaS or scale-up)
- Ability to work and influence decision makers in fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Extensive knowledge of marketing tools, including HubSpot
- Ability to thrive in international environment, working in English
- Native or bilingual French or German, strong English command
Aufgaben
- Develop Demand Generation, ABM, and LeadGen strategies
- Implement Demand Generation, ABM, and LeadGen strategies
- Generate traffic, leads, and revenue
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Optimize payback time
- Align with the Sales team for company targets
- Plan paid acquisition and ABM strategies
- Execute paid acquisition and ABM strategies
- Iterate paid acquisition and ABM strategies
- Manage SEM, Display, Paid Social, and Video channels
- Collaborate with Studio, Brand, and Content Teams
- Develop high-quality copies and creatives
- Report regularly on copy and creative performance
- Research target customers and products
- Define and adjust key audiences
- Create impactful ads
- Develop account-specific messaging for buyer personas
- Collect feedback from the Sales team
- Utilize Sales feedback to optimize campaign parameters
- Foster cross-department collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance
- Analyze data to enhance customer engagement
- Minimize acquisition costs and payback time
- Refine audiences, targeting, and bids
- Optimize pre and post-acquisition touchpoints
- Track Lead, Demand, and ABM campaign performance
- Report on campaign performance metrics
- Analyze account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
