- CRO, A/B testing, experimentation
- Strong measurement foundation
- Campaign taxonomy/UTMs, web analytics, tag management
- Attribution concepts linking marketing to pipeline/revenue
- MarTech architecture mindset
- Translate business needs into scalable MarTech solutions
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or technology-related discipline
- Hands-on MarTech and digital growth experience
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tool deployment
- Vendor/agency management experience
- Budget ownership and performance management
- Fluent English
- German language skills (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Lead global digital marketing strategy and execution
- Develop and manage a digital strategy and project team
- Build a modern, integrated MarTech ecosystem
- Ensure scalable lead lifecycle management and global execution
- Partner with corporate and divisional marketing, sales, IT, procurement, and external agencies
- Drive demand, pipeline impact, and revenue across global markets
- Manage and develop a team (people leadership)
- Lead cross-functional projects (matrix leadership)
- Own the marketing technology stack and roadmap (MarTech)
- Ensure scalability, governance, and adoption across regions/teams
- Implement and optimize CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP C4C)
- Maintain data quality standards and lifecycle governance
- Ensure seamless integrations across marketing systems
- Design marketing automation frameworks for lead capture, routing, nurturing, scoring, and Sales handover
- Own the Qualified Leads (QLs) strategy and end-to-end funnel framework
- Align stage definitions, routing logic, and performance expectations with Sales
- Manage global digital channel performance (paid media, SEO, email, webinars, virtual events, landing page CRO)
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns
- Define targeting, offers, creative briefs, audience strategy, and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Manage budgets across channel activation
- Ensure efficient spend and measurable outcomes
- Build reporting dashboards and attribution approaches
- Connect channel and campaign performance to pipeline contribution, velocity, and revenue
- Establish a performance cadence (weekly/monthly)
- Identify insights, diagnose funnel leakage, and drive continuous improvement
- Test and integrate new marketing technologies (AI-enabled solutions)
- Improve productivity, personalization, content operations, and performance
- Support digital product/experience initiatives (3D visualization, animations, product configurators)
- Define marketing requirements, measurement, and adoption
- Manage technology vendors, agencies, and implementation partners
- Ensure consistent adoption of tools, processes, and data standards
- Drive enablement and change management across stakeholders
