- •At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- •Management of paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with precise tracking of CPL and ROI
- •Execution of ABM strategies and outbound campaigns to drive growth
- •Application of a data-driven mindset to decision-making and KPI tracking
- •Utilization of CRO best practices through A/B testing and landing page optimization
- •Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- •Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different teams
- •Fluency in German and English for an international working environment

- •Prioritize high ROI channels for paid, outbound, and content promotion
- •Experiment with new channels and formats to identify growth levers
- •Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
- •Run A/B tests on the website and forms to enhance conversion rates
- •Establish a test and learn environment for campaign improvement
- •Create and optimize landing pages to maximize acquisition results
- •Roll out international campaigns in France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, and the US
- •Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product teams for an aligned funnel
- •Assimilate the mission and business objectives while understanding target personas
- •Establish a structured 6 to 12-month growth plan with quick wins
- •Launch and optimize initial paid campaigns to drive acquisition
- •Create high-performing landing pages and propose new segmentation strategies
