- Utilize PECI, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage SFTP and vendor-specific endpoints
- Monitor integration health and investigate failures
- Analyze logs to prevent silent errors
- Troubleshoot complex upstream and vendor issues
- Maintain and improve global payroll integrations
- Ensure local compliance and operational stability
- Stabilize Greenhouse and Workday data flows
- Sync lifecycle events with PeopleOps teams
- Improve Azure identity and provisioning flows
- Create technical documentation and integration diagrams
- Develop error-handling guides and runbooks
- Coordinate testing and production releases
- Automate manual processes for better scalability
