- Safeguard compliance across international jurisdictions
- Consult global stakeholders on HR matters
- Manage complex organizational changes, including M&A integrations
- Design and optimize global HR processes
- Ensure secure, compliant data management
- Create seamless, scalable workflows
- Oversee EMEA knowledge base
- Lead development of regional People policies
- Provide high-level guidance on HR procedures and compliance
- Execute complex regional People projects
- Manage large-scale change management initiatives
- Conduct cross-border compliance audits
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT for systemic improvements
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment
- Leverage People analytics for actionable insights
- Inform leadership decisions with data-driven insights
- Drive continuous operational improvement
- Monitor and refine People processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Align processes with evolving company objectives
- Navigate and resolve complex People Ops challenges independently
