Aufgaben
- Support employee learning initiatives
- Prepare learning materials and presentations
- Develop and roll out employee development programs
- Assist in talent review processes
- Prepare reports and summaries for stakeholders
- Support succession planning activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Co-lead the internal intern network
- Engage in regular intern learning initiatives
