As a Pensions & Benefits Manager, you will oversee pension reporting and management, ensuring compliance and driving improvements. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing risks, and leading projects to enhance pension programs globally.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits
• •Degree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject
• •Proficiency in IT tools/applications and strong skills in Microsoft Office
• •Profound Project Management experience
• •Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
• •Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
• •Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and willingness to learn
• •Fluency in spoken and written English

Aufgaben

• •Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting
• •Validate and reconcile pension data
• •Resolve discrepancies in reporting
• •Act as liaison between actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and auditors
• •Support audit coordination and prepare documentation
• •Respond to auditor queries with stakeholders
• •Identify and implement process improvements for reporting workflows
• •Handle pension management risk reporting
• •Analyze and report risks associated with pensions
• •Lead and contribute to pensions and benefits projects
• •Ensure legal compliance and cost control for pension programs
• •Maintain vendor quality and competitive positioning
• •Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams
