- Define and optimize end-to-end R2R processes
- Standardize processes to improve global consistency
- Drive automation across reconciliation and reporting
- Utilize data mining and root-cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor KPIs to assess process performance
- Conduct discrepancy analyses and corrective actions
- Deliver R2R trainings and documentation
- Support system implementations and upgrades
- Update leadership on process metrics
- Manage finance colleagues in a matrix organization
- Collaborate with global departments and senior management
