- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Lead regional teams in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
- Oversee business partnering for Accounts Payable and Travel Expense
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and country regulations
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Service Center teams for process execution
- Drive service quality and enhance internal customer satisfaction
- Support audits and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to global finance projects
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies and external regulations
