- Define project requirements
- Align with Product and Engineering teams
- Implement operational solutions
- Configure CRM and invoicing systems
- Build automated reports for leadership
- Establish reconciliation governance
- Lead initiatives from problem to execution
- Build processes to remove manual work
- Develop automation to prevent issues
- Maintain and improve invoicing processes
- Maintain and improve discount logic
- Maintain and improve operational workflows
- Maintain and improve admin tooling
- Ensure reliable system operation
- Triage and debug cross-system issues
- Identify root causes of technical problems
- Collaborate with Engineering on escalations
- Utilize CRM, payment providers, and automation tools
- Operate internal dashboards
- Understand data flow between systems
- Ensure accuracy in system configurations
- Manage system permissions
- Ensure accuracy in reporting
- Maintain user data integrity
- Prevent errors from becoming revenue or reputation risks
- Communicate clearly with CS, Finance, and Engineering
- Follow through on open loops
- Ensure end-to-end resolution of operational issues
