- Align supply to support sustainable growth
- Track and improve operational performance across KPIs
- Monitor response times, utilization, and throughput
- Oversee daily prescriber operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Support new prescriber onboarding and operational readiness
- Partner with Product and Tech teams
- Improve workflows and internal tools
- Enhance overall prescriber experience
- Build and refine scalable processes
- Ensure process consistency, efficiency, and reliability
- Maintain clear operating standards
- Ensure quality as the network grows
- Lead high-impact operational improvement initiatives
- Enhance efficiency and patient experience
