Onsite IT support for end users, resolving incidents and service requests with Windows setup and hardware/software troubleshooting. Basic Windows setup and ITSM tool experience required. Wide range of activities, vouchers and gifts.
Anforderungen
- IT onsite/end-user support experience
- Basic Windows setup, configuration, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and standard IT environments
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- English and French fluency (spoken and written)
- Apple iOS support experience (advantageous)
- Flexibility and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and manage onsite tasks efficiently
- Criminal record extract (not older than three months)
Aufgaben
- Provide onsite IT support to end users
- Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Perform Windows setup, installation, and basic configuration
- Support standard IT hardware and software issues
- Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system
- Assist users with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Support user onboarding and basic device setup
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused support experience
