- Handle office procurement (e.g., snacks, drinks, supplies)
- Manage access cards
- Manage onboarding logistics
- Support travel arrangements
- Respond calmly to office emergencies
- Promote and ensure work safety and compliance
- Collaborate on projects like office expansion or branding
