- Perform player verification (KYC)
- Process player documents
- Handle payment and account-related queries
- Address Responsible Gaming situations
- Identify suspicious behavior
- Investigate issues and provide solutions
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases
- Identify risks and unusual activity
- Promote relevant services
- Achieve first-contact resolution
