Anforderungen
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or comparable
- At least 5 years experience in LV IEC motor sales
- Ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- High willingness to travel within Austria
- Very good German and English skills
- Valid Class B driving license
- Very good command of MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong closing skills and assertiveness

Aufgaben
- Acquire new customers for LV IEC motors
- Manage and develop the existing customer base
- Present the motor portfolio with technical expertise
- Develop complex solutions with technical support
- Prepare and calculate detailed quotations
- Follow up on quotes to secure orders
- Coordinate internal interfaces for project execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities in Austria
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Manage budgets and analyze sales results
