- •Education in electrical engineering, technical college, HTL, or master craftsman certification
- •Experience in a sales leadership role within electrical engineering or industrial sector
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and integrity
- •Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- •Strong analytical capabilities with data and digital tools
- •Understanding of compliance requirements and risk management
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel, primarily within the country and occasionally internationally

- •Develop and maintain a sales strategy for channel sales in the industrial segment
- •Enhance market penetration in the Electrification business
- •Plan and execute the business unit's sales strategy daily
- •Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals for the assigned channel
- •Focus on order intake, revenue, growth, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction
- •Lead, develop, and coach the channel sales organization
- •Define and implement the channel sales strategy for the Austrian market
- •Monitor progress against sales objectives
- •Conduct annual performance reviews and manage forecasting processes
- •Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for sales partners
- •Develop policies and standards for partner evaluation and certification
- •Promote innovation, collaboration, and compliance within the team
- •Lead a motivated sales team and foster individual potential
