- Plan awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops, and roadshows.
- Execute awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops, and roadshows.
- Curate use cases, best practices, and success stories.
- Collaborate closely with multipliers, champions, and key users.
- Analyze user needs, feedback, and pain points.
- Propose concrete improvements for tools, processes, and communication.
- Support designing a consistent and understandable user experience in the Modern Workplace.
- Translate complex IT and security topics into clear communication.
- Support leaders in introducing new ways of working.
- Record, structure, and prioritize business requirements.
- Support Modern Workplace projects with change, communication, and adoption expertise.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams for user-centered implementation.
