Anforderungen

- Several years B2B/SaaS field marketing experience
- German fluency (C1+) and English fluency (B2+)
- Proven demand generation and pipeline growth experience
- Passion for events planning and execution
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and partners
- Understanding of local business landscape and software buying journey
- Strategic, hands-on, results-driven marketer
- Data-driven mindset with analytical ability
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, international environment
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategy
- Plan and deliver field marketing programs
- Collaborate with local sales teams
- Work with global product and content marketing teams
- Own lead and pipeline generation targets
- Track performance against goals
- Analyze campaign performance
- Optimize channels, programs, and spend
- Coordinate with field marketing managers in other regions
- Share best practices
- Ensure consistency
- Act as the voice of the German market
- Feed customer and market insights into marketing planning
