Anforderungen

  • Master’s or diploma degree in Economics, Marketing, health economics, science, or equivalent
  • Strong pharmaceutical product management experience, ideally specialty care or other RX therapy areas including OTC
  • Performance management of high-performing, inclusive teams with collaboration, innovation, and open conversations
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic leadership capabilities with ability to translate portfolio vision into narrative
  • Strong business acumen with risk-taking abilities and performance/goal orientation
  • High digital affinity and experience with multi-channel marketing strategies and implementation
  • Effective cross-functional and matrix work with communication, moderation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in organizational and job demand changes
  • Strong passion for multi-channel topics, self-dependent, ambitious, and creative mindset
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Aufgaben

  • Define and drive strategic direction for Germany Brand Management
  • Market ViiV products through communication channels and content
  • Support development and evaluation of pricing strategies
  • Negotiate with payers and external stakeholders
  • Develop market penetration strategies for the pharmaceutical market
  • Cultivate knowledge of key customers and competitors
  • Identify brand and portfolio growth opportunities
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of Business Marketing plan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for LAI Powerhouse strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across product lifecycle
  • Align marketing strategies with business objectives and global brand vision
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead the Asset Team with a holistic approach
  • Drive market competitiveness agenda, including digital and virtual ways of working
  • Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct ongoing asset and portfolio performance monitoring
  • Perform performance assessments and deep dives
  • Drive omnichannel customer-focused activation
  • Ensure relevant content with high customer frequency
  • Achieve positive HCP perception of ViiV therapies
  • Define and maintain customer segmentation
  • Create compelling customer experiences across digital and traditional channels
  • Translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement influencers strategy, focusing on pharmacists
  • Prepare and implement Launch and Business Plans
  • Ensure market level cross-functional alignment
  • Prepare tertial meetings and align with above market teams
  • Generate insights and manage knowledge
  • Bring German perspective to global strategies
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Work effectively with Medical, Market Access, Digital, and Sales teams
  • Align strategies with internal and external partners
