• •French language skills
• •Experience in working in international environment
• •Knowledge of SAP

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate on marketing campaigns and projects across the Alpine region
• •Organize events in Austria and Switzerland
• •Manage event registrations, materials, and samples
• •Review and adapt local marketing assets for brand alignment
• •Maintain relationships with external vendors
• •Oversee new vendor setup and create purchase orders
• •Follow up on invoices and manage financial administrative tasks
• •Provide administrative support to local marketing teams
• •Ensure smooth internal communication and collaboration
