- Develop strategic event concepts
- Plan and execute detailed event lifecycles
- Evaluate event performance and business value
- Strengthen market positioning and brand perception
- Select sponsoring opportunities with M&C teams
- Align sponsorships with strategic priorities
- Advise stakeholders on virtual and hybrid formats
- Drive a diverse, future-oriented event portfolio
- Ensure group-wide event and sponsoring standards
- Balance local market requirements with brand consistency
- Create distinctive brand experiences across all stages
- Generate new business and deepen client engagement
- Define clear event objectives and KPIs
- Derive actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
- Translate messaging into compelling event experiences
- Organize local and global event sponsorships
- Manage budgeting and cost control
- Oversee event giveaways and promotional materials
- Manage on-site quality assurance
- Act as a partner to B2B stakeholders
- Research and coordinate external event stakeholders
- Evaluate catering and event locations
- Coordinate speakers and conduct dry runs
- Prepare post-event outcome reports
- Apply intuition to strategic event planning
- Use CRM for target group segmentation
- Manage event mailings and lead flow
