- Implement, customize, and maintain MES hardware and software
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop domain strategies
- Optimize system performance and integrate IT solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Drive innovation in IT solutions
- Engage with key users to understand business needs
- Contribute to domain strategies, roadmaps, and processes
- Define and document domain-specific processes, policies, and standards
- Support IT projects from planning to execution
- Enhance MES systems based on user and business requirements
- Provide technical support and conduct training
- Analyze technical issues and develop solutions
- Ensure continuous improvement and cost-efficient system design
