Aufgaben

• •Identify and analyze internal and external risks
• •Develop a comprehensive risk management strategy
• •Categorize and evaluate the company's risk profile
• •Implement processes and tools to assess and mitigate risks
• •Oversee the establishment of internal controls and early warning systems
• •Manage strategic, fraud, credit, and non-financial risk teams
• •Ensure compliance with European and Austrian banking regulations
• •Supervise risk analysis and evaluate documents and collateral
• •Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans
• •Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures
• •Support executive management in risk governance framework reviews
• •Lead the development of an enterprise risk management framework
• •Represent the bank in risk management committees
• •Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• •Foster a risk-aware corporate culture
• •Optimize and digitize back-office processes for efficiency
• •Report on financial performance, regulatory compliance, and risks
