- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Native or business fluent German (C1) essential

- Advantageous additional European languages including French or Spanish
- Open to working on client site within Germany and across the EU and internationally

- Lead colleagues on client-facing projects
- Identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Analyze cost drivers and risks in supply chains
- Shape supply chain operating models and strategies
- Develop inventory and supplier strategies
- Reduce supply chain costs and optimize inventory
- Improve cash conversion cycles
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Restructure supply networks
- Integrate acquisitions
- Engage with procurement teams and operations leaders
- Collaborate with finance and external suppliers
- Plan for supply chain disruptions
- Diversify suppliers and build robust models
- Streamline workflows and processes
- Implement best-practice planning methods
- Support adoption of digital tools (ERP, S&OP/IBP, analytics)
- Participate in business development activities
- Engage in marketing activities and events
- Expand knowledge on value chain topics
- Contribute to SCM team development
