Associate Manager, Procurement Consulting(m/w/x)
Procurement process assessment and bottleneck analysis for complex business problems. Hands-on consulting and project management experience required. On-site team collaboration with P&L impact focus.
Anforderungen
- Master's or PhD with hands-on procurement consulting and project management experience
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects and on-site teams, managing cost control and implementation outcomes
- Consulting toolkit including change management, stakeholder alignment & training experience
- Commercial understanding including P&L impact of procurement improvements
- Good category knowledge including category-specific market dynamics, key suppliers, cost drivers, and negotiation levers
- Familiarity with eProcurement/P2PSystems, spend analytics tools & data visualization
- Excellent business development skills including pitch deck support, proposal content, upselling and cross-selling
- Native or business fluent German and English (C1); advantageous French or Spanish
- Willingness to work on client sites across Germany, EU, and internationally

- Support large-scale change management initiatives
- Support organizational restructuring
- Support acquisition integration
- Support readiness planning for operational disruptions
- Participate in business development activities
- Participate in marketing activities and events
- Expand knowledge on value chain topics
- Work with Managing Directors on client value chain topics
- Develop Procurement Consulting service offering
