- Ensure timely development and validation of relevant metrics
- Document metrics to enhance transparency in Confluence
- Manage deployment of reporting capabilities
- Optimize dashboard performance and conduct data validation
- Onboard the Supply Chain reporting user community
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for new reporting capabilities
- Contribute to change management for successful rollout
- Run root cause analysis to support key management questions
