Aufgaben
- Translate long-term product strategies into tactical execution plans
- Adjust supply chain strategies to meet service levels
- Minimize inventory risk for chemical and device products
- Align financial and unit-based sales plans with global teams
- Represent intermediates planning in integrated business processes
- Develop production plans with internal and external sites
- Manage product flow from CMOs to API sites
- Lead and document regular Site Supply Reviews
- Monitor vendor schedules to meet downstream requirements
- Create supply scenarios factoring in risks and opportunities
- Generate annual inventory and volume budget plans
- Evaluate financial implications and costs of supply decisions
- Initiate projects to improve lead-time and cost performance
- Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network
