In this role, you will collaborate with the C-Suite to shape the Corporate Strategic Plan, translating it into actionable initiatives while tracking performance and providing insights. You will also manage complex projects and support cross-functional teams to drive transformative impact.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• •Experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or investment roles
• •Outstanding ability to structure ambiguous problems and assess financial implications
• •Comfort translating complex analyses into concise narratives for senior leadership
• •Track record of influencing without authority and aligning senior stakeholders
• •Curiosity and adaptability to learn and adjust quickly
• •Comfort in using analytics and digital toolkit for data exploration and decision-making

Aufgaben

• •Evolve the Corporate Strategic Plan with the C-Suite
• •Break down complex questions into clear strategic directions
• •Translate strategy into high-impact initiatives
• •Define goals, ownership, milestones, and resources for initiatives
• •Support teams to ensure delivery and follow-through on initiatives
• •Define KPIs and tracking mechanisms for performance
• •Turn data into insights and recommendations for the Executive Committee
• •Support the roll-out of corporate strategy across the organization
• •Run decision forums and governance structures for leadership
• •Own complex projects end-to-end under CSTO supervision
• •Act as a sparring partner for senior leaders on strategic projects
• •Support prioritization and execution challenges across functions
• •Align business units, regions, and functions to unblock progress
