Anforderungen

  • •Experience managing digital projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • •Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris)
  • •Experience with B2B portals, CRM systems, or ERP integrations
  • •Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • •Autonomous management of multiple simultaneous projects
  • •Self-starter with ownership and quality commitment
  • •Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
  • •Calmness under pressure and logical problem-solving
  • •Flexibility, innovativeness, and openness to change
  • •Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • •5+ years experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
  • •Optional SAP Commerce Business Analyst experience
  • •Optional PMP or PSPO I certification
  • •Fluent English and advantageous German or French knowledge
