- Oversee all technical sales and customer satisfaction activities in the region
- Formulate strategies to penetrate target accounts and expand existing customer relationships
- Engage with customers, promoting the Proofpoint vision to technical and C-suite executives
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to support rapid growth
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve their career goals
- Coach and enable a team of elite Sales Engineers in product expertise and technical sales processes
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and ensure customer loyalty
- Engage and sponsor local channel partners to support business growth
- Initiate and execute local initiatives to drive business expansion
