  • Minimum 7+ years relevant commercial experience
  • Proven experience leading brand strategy and execution in DACH, NL, PL retail
  • Strong leadership experience developing and motivating teams
  • Natural storyteller with persuasive selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical acumen and business development skills
  • Cross-channel experience with DACH, NL, PL network contacts
  • Strong understanding of wider EU market is advantageous
  • Experience utilizing luxury beauty commercial levers
  • Strong analytical skills using consumer, brand, marketing data
  • Innovator, independent, handles multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working hybrid schedule (2 days Remote + 3 days Germany Office)

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Create 360-degree trade marketing plans
  • Develop and agree on joint business plans
  • Monitor and course-correct performance
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Lead plans for brand sales and profitability
  • Monitor stock levels and SISO
  • Shape strategic business objectives
  • Accelerate growth and maximize market share
  • Forecast net sales for retailers and markets
  • Meet financial deadlines and budget submissions
  • Flag risks and opportunities
  • Oversee department store execution
  • Lead local department store teams
  • Partner with international teams
  • Coach junior team members
  • Ensure flawless brand vision execution
  • Plan new launches and sell-in goals
  • Manage retailer partnership activations
  • Drive trade and online marketing activities
  • Liaise with marketing, visual merchandising, and PR
  • Create annual plans for each retailer
  • Manage account P&L
  • Measure and deliver ROI
  • Build strong relationships with retailer field teams
  • Translate field insights into commercial growth
  • Drive product and brand excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Align accurate forecasting
  • Manage inventory and assortment
  • Provide forward planning and insights
  • Review implementation and performance
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
