Developing 1-3 year growth plans for 80+ personal care brands across DACH and Central Europe. Proven P&L ownership and digital-first marketing strategy experience required. Flexible schedule, hybrid model, and growth opportunities.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG, consumer healthcare, or fast-paced environments) with strong business impact
- Track record of owning P&L and delivering growth
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and performance-driven execution
- Experience in international or matrix organizations, collaborating across markets and functions
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, promotions, portfolio strategy)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on, proactive approach
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to DACH region are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree

- Produce hero content for consumer and HCP journey
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, category, innovation, and external agencies
- Drive data-led decision making
- Analyze performance and identify growth drivers
- Implement corrective actions
- Unlock innovation and expansion opportunities
- Explore new products, line extensions, pricing, and channel strategies
- Scale successful initiatives across markets
- Ensure local relevance and commercial impact
- Accelerate D2C and e-commerce opportunities
